No, the price you see below each card does not include shipping. As soon as you start your checkout process you will be prompted with different shipping options and their prices. This is where you'll get your total price including shipping. All orders in Canada are dispatched by Canada Post.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 10 days (based on your location in Canada and Covid-19 delays).
We only ship within Canada at this time.

No, in Canada we show a subtotal price that does not include any taxes. But don't worry, taxes and shipping will be calculated immediately at checkout and you’ll have the total amount confirmed.

We can only offer the following:
Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. Your order arrives damaged in any way.
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item/s. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note that we have a 15-day wrong or damaged item policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item/s to contact us about it. Otherwise we won't be able to offer a solution. In the case of receiving a wrong item, to be eligible for exchange, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. 
Exchanges: Unfortunately we do not offer exchange on any purchased cards at this time.
Refunds: No refunds at this point.
